We have identified residential accommodation for students in higher institutions as a major challenge in many institutions of higher learning due to a high growth rate in the student population. We observed this trend across many countries in Africa particularly in Nigeria, the most populous country in Africa. We are currently developing student residential projects in Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
